Today folks, I Nillie the wonderful and completely innocent cat, have peed in and about my house twice today on very nice and personal belongings which were not mine nor my litter box. My parents are frustrated indeed.
After relieving myself on the bathroom mat this morning for my Pop to tred through I peed on the pink blanket my Mommy loves so much which was folded up neatly on the rocking chair. I am a particularly peculiar puss. I know something must be driving me to feel so strangely that I pee anywhere but my own personal litter.
I wonder what is disturbing my tentative relationship with my seldom patronized box?
I don't believe I've used my litter box in days now. Alone and dry it sits waiting patiently for me to return with an urgency it is happily equipped to handle.
My parents have tried every sort of litter at the grocery store and have used open, covered and electronic litter boxes.
And much to my parents dismay we have discovered that I just don't like peeing on any of it.
Maybe someday I will settle for a suitable situation.
